Start with a quick update, not a long form
“I didn’t sleep well last night, so I’d like a lighter day.” That sentence contains both a past experience and an intention for today. An energy Agent needs to tell them apart, rather than jump to a conclusion or follow up with a whole questionnaire.
Reducing the effort of logging starts with reusing information you have already shared. Keep your words and the time first, then ask you to confirm only the candidate details worth keeping. Leave unknowns unknown. You can also save a sentence without starting an analysis.
Keep the source and the meaning
“I’d like an early night” and “I went to bed early last night” sound similar, but mean different things. One is a plan; the other describes something that happened. “I might exercise this week” is still uncertain and should not automatically become a lasting habit.
Useful context can answer at least these questions: who said it, when, and about which day? Is it an intention, something that happened, a negative statement, or uncertain? Interpretations from an analysis should stay separate from your original words, rather than quietly rewriting the record.
A note does not automatically become a lasting memory
Saying “I don’t feel like socializing today” once does not mean you always dislike company. A lasting memory should be something you want Sproumi to refer to next time, such as “I like a little buffer after switching between several activities.”
Sproumi’s design keeps candidate clues, analysis and lasting memory separate. Memories need an additional confirmation. You can check their source, edit them, turn them off or delete them. Once disabled, a memory should no longer quietly shape later Agent suggestions.
Suggestions should be clear and easy to decline
If Sproumi suggests moving something from afternoon to evening, you should see the old plan, the proposed plan and the reason before deciding. A suggestion must not mark a plan as completed or overwrite rest that has already happened in the name of a better schedule.
An analysis of your state can be a snapshot with a generation time. If the context changes, an older suggestion may need another look. One-tap adoption should save repeated actions, while leaving the decision with you.
Online processing and local memory are different things
Sproumi’s manual records are stored on the current device first. When live online Plus becomes available, necessary context will be sent, with explicit permission, through the operator’s service to DeepSeek. This does not mean all data stays on your device. Extra daily context should be optional, and permission for future online processing should be withdrawable.
The website demo does not read your App data, send online AI requests, or create lasting memories. The live service and subscriptions are still in preparation. Our website privacy and product data notes explain the difference between these two scopes.
Stay accompanied, at your own pace
An activity you choose to follow up on can be there to revisit the next time you open the App. There is no need for daily nudges or treating a streak as the only form of growth. What matters is gradually seeing which arrangements feel comfortable and which small things you care about have moved forward.
