What does this website do?

This website introduces Sproumi, its examples and journal. It does not offer account registration, email subscriptions, online chat, comments, payments or App data uploads. The support page has an optional short feedback form. There are no advertising or independent third-party analytics SDKs. Demo choices and plan edits stay in page memory and reset on refresh.

The static website runs on an operator-managed VPS, with HTTPS served by Caddy. Public visits pass through the Cloudflare network. Server and network services process basic network information, such as IP addresses, request times and paths, to deliver content, protect the service and operate it. Each service’s processing is subject to its applicable policies. We do not promise an unverified log-retention period.

What is sent with feedback?

Your message, page language and path are sent to the Sproumi server only when you press “Submit feedback” on the support page. Feedback is used to investigate problems and improve the product. It is available only in the signed-in operations dashboard, is not displayed publicly and is not sent to an AI model. The form does not ask for a name, email or App account, and it does not upload App records. Do not include passwords, keys, private health details or other sensitive information. We cannot reply individually through this anonymous channel. It should not be used for privacy requests that require identity verification.

Feedback records also include the submission time. They are cleaned periodically under a 90-day retention policy, with at most the latest 1,000 records kept; older feedback may be removed sooner when the limit is reached. The server processes the source address to limit repeated submissions, using short-lived hashed rate-limit identifiers. Feedback records do not store raw IP addresses. These periods apply to the feedback system, not to hosting or network-service logs.

The website and App have different data scopes.

The website does not access your Mac or iPhone records. In the native Apps, self-reports, activities, rest, original notes and confirmed memories are stored on the current device first, with the relevant data management tools. The iPhone development build offers optional read-only sleep and workout summaries. Sharing them with an online model requires separate consent. There is no automatic cloud sync or background energy monitoring. Current data operations differ by platform; see support notes.

Live online Agent features need separate permission.

The live online Plus service is not yet open. Before launch, operator identity, contact details, final policies and third-party processing arrangements must be completed. With explicit consent, online features will send necessary context to DeepSeek through the operator’s HTTPS service. Not all content stays on the device. Candidate memories and plans require confirmation. Extra context can be turned off and permission for future processing withdrawn.

This page describes current website behavior and product design. It does not replace the full App online service privacy policy still to be published, or establish that App Store privacy materials are complete.

External links.

External services and links are subject to the relevant provider’s rules. Do not paste private records into public channels. Clicking “Release updates” does not create an account or sign you up for notifications.

Contacts and corrections.

General questions and corrections can be submitted through the anonymous form on the support page. Contact options for identity verification and sensitive privacy requests are still being prepared and will be added before live online services open. For availability, check Release status.

Only your language choice is stored in this browser. Demo edits still reset on refresh; no App records are accessed.
