How can I report a problem?

Report a website problem, a preview-build experience or a product suggestion. Include your device system, version and steps to reproduce. Do not send passwords, model keys, payment details, private health information or full backups. No email is required and individual replies are not available. Feedback is not displayed publicly; a successful submission confirms receipt.

Where are my records stored?

App records are stored on the current device first, without automatic cloud sync. On Mac, export a backup from “Settings & Data” or the “Sproumi” menu. On iPhone, import and export from “Profile & Settings.” Before changing devices or deleting the App, save a backup somewhere you control.

How do import and deletion differ by platform?

On Mac, an imported backup replaces records for matching dates and keeps other dates. On iPhone, existing records are kept for matching dates, while other dates are added. Mac has a local clear-all action that requires confirmation. iPhone does not currently have an in-App action to clear all data, but memories and backups can be managed. To remove all local iPhone App data, back up first, then use iOS “Delete App,” rather than “Offload App,” which keeps documents. Manage exported files and system backups separately.

Why are online features and purchases unavailable?

The live online service and Apple subscriptions are not yet open. You do not need to enter your own model key in the App. Public demos use fictional data, do not call an online model, and do not charge or activate Plus. Check the current release updates.

How will I restore or cancel Plus?

Once subscriptions go on sale, the App’s Plus page will offer restore-purchase and manage/cancel options. Apple handles subscriptions. After cancellation, access remains for the paid period. Deleting the App, clearing records or withdrawing online permission does not cancel a subscription. Final steps will depend on the actual store release.

Does the website demo save my information?

This demo switches between fixed examples in the current page’s memory only. It does not read App records, create an account, upload text or save lasting memories. Refreshing restores the default example. See our website privacy and product data notes.
