What is an energy portrait? Get to know your daily rhythm

An energy portrait is a starting point for self-observation that you can revise. Explore how you begin, focus and rest through everyday scenarios, without treating a name as a diagnosis.

Sproumi as a Slow-growing Tree

Slow-growing Tree

A starting point for self-observation. Yours to revise.

A playful name, not a fixed category

“Slow-growing Tree” can be a memorable starting point for self-observation: begin gently, then grow steadily. The name is not a scientific personality category. It does not determine how much you can do, and it cannot assess your physical or mental state.

Sproumi’s energy portrait uses a few everyday scenarios to help you notice how you tend to begin, put in effort and rest. Finding one small adjustment you would like to try is more useful than simply discovering a type.

Explore how you begin, focus and rest

  • Beginning: when there is something you want to do, would you prefer a tiny first step or a clear, uninterrupted stretch of time?
  • Effort: do you prefer staying with one thing or switching between different small activities?
  • Rest: which activities you have actually tried felt more comfortable? Which are you still unsure about?

“Still observing” is a valid answer. There is no need to choose an experience you have never had just to complete a result.

Keep the first portrait separate from daily observations

Your first portrait reflects the choices you made in a few scenarios. Daily observations come from the states and actual experiences you record later. One tired afternoon does not establish that afternoons are always difficult for you. The number of observations, their context and the gaps in your records all matter.

In Sproumi, reference time slots combine templates and self-reports. The portrait’s name does not directly change your planning budget, and planned rest does not automatically add tk. Each experience can still be different from the last.

Make getting to know yourself a small experiment

Choose a familiar activity, make its scope easier to start, or leave a little buffer around it. After it actually happens, save just one sentence about how it felt. You are comparing your own experience of different plans, rather than proving that a name is accurate.

Over two weeks, doing something well, taking real rest, and having a brighter day can all be signs of progress. You do not need to enter the same thing again to fill a dataset, and a missed note is not a failure. Giving rest a real place may be a small enough beginning.

Keep your own guide in your hands

You can revise preferences, check sources, and turn off memories that no longer fit. Sharing your energy card does not need to include private activities or your original words. What Sproumi remembers should remain your choice.
